Leadership Coaching

Virginia Tech supports external leadership coaching to ensure individuals receive tailored guidance for their unique development. While internal resources offer foundational support, external coaches extend our capacity and provide specialized expertise.

Coaching is most effective when it’s unbiased, confidential, and centered on the individual. In situations where internal relationships may affect objectivity, external coaching offers a trusted and professional alternative.

Through vetted vendor partnerships, this approach promotes ethical guidance and strengthens leadership across all levels of the organization.
