Leadership Excellence is a cohort-based academic year program that fosters the continued growth and development of leaders at Virginia Tech.

Each cohort has the opportunity to further develop and apply their leadership competencies with a monthly curriculum that improves the ability to serve, lead, and advance the university’s vision, mission, and values.
